Yoga Classes:
You’ll find your yoga classes are designed to support women in moving with awareness, rather than striving for perfection. I offer differing styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hot Yoga and pregnancy yoga, each session offers a balance of strength, softness, and stillness.
Classes focus on creating space within the body and mind through breath-led movement, helping to release tension, build resilience, and restore a sense of calm. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll be encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you.
With a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, these classes bring together women at all stages of life, offering not just physical benefits, but a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Massage:
My aromatherapy massage treatments are thoughtfully tailored to support women’s health and wellbeing through every stage of life. Using carefully selected essential oils, each treatment is designed to nurture both body and mind, creating a deeply calming and restorative experience.
Aromatherapy can be particularly supportive for a range of women’s health concerns, including stress, hormonal balance, menstruation, fertility, and menopause. Every session is personalised, allowing space to focus on what your body needs most in that moment.
These treatments offer more than relaxation, they provide time to slow down, be cared for, and reconnect with yourself in a gentle, holistic way.

Yes you can, just be sure to book for the right location for you. As the booking systems are separate according to the studio location, I’m unable to change or transfer your class.

Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in, you want to be able to move freely.
bare feet are recommended for the practice, but if you’d rather leave your socks on you can.
Bring a bottle of water and perhaps a yoga mat if you own one. The studios have mats you can borrow.

Each studio has its own cancellation policy, so please get in touch via your booking confirmation to clarify if you can get a refund.
